This publication is the result of a collaboration between the Mission Unit for the PNRR of the Ministry of Infrastructure and Transport and the Iuav University of Venice. The project is divided into two volumes: the first analyzes the European and Italian context of the PNRR, while the second delves into PINQuA and Mission 5, with practical examples.
The aim is to simplify the understanding of investment data and raise awareness of their impact in Italy and Europe. The innovative aspect of the project lies in its graphics. Visualizations are generated using a P5.js program that manipulates letters based on the gray values of an uploaded image, creating a dynamic and interactive visual language. Additionally, each page rotates 11.25° relative to the previous one, completing a full 180° rotation, symbolizing change.
“Handles” visually guide how to orient the book during reading, adding a functional element that makes the experience more engaging and facilitates content consumption. This project combines innovative design with relevant content, making data more accessible.
