The project aims to highlight the editorial archive of Pietro Guccini, born in 1954, which includes over a thousand pieces such as magazines, fanzines, mimeographed sheets, newspapers, and comics. The result is a catalog that maps, narrates, and interprets the archive, exploring three thematics threads: context, collector, and content. Since most of the materials come from Bologna in the 1970s, the project begins with a historical-political contextualization of the place and period in which Pietro lived (context). Through more than ten interviews with friends who frequented Pietro in those years and documents they provided, the figure of the "spontaneous" collector and his personality are then reconstructed (collector). Finally, the third part (content) is dedicated to a statistical investigation of the contents and collection methods of some materials. It includes a table with spatial-temporal and thematic information about the materials, a numbered photographic visualization of the 1091 covers, and three in-depth interviews on as many magazines.
